Great location with great staff!! Nice and convenient to have shuttle to airport. Good restaurants, Wal-Mart within walking distance.
So easy to park large truck and trailer! Rooms nice. Lobby has Free breakfast and a mini store so you can buy food to heat up and eat in your room!
Clean, nicely located. This is a solid place to stay for business travelers or folks on their way to another vacation spot. It not a resort. I have stayed here five different times and have enjoyed it.
The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. My parents were traveling separately and have mobility issues. The staff went above and beyond to get them settled in their room, make them feel valued and cared for and even checked in on them later that night to see if they needed anything. Absolutely amazing service, comfortable beds and a quiet room.
Five stars! Newer hotel in impeccable shape, very clean and bright. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was hands down one of the best we’ve had since we’ve been on the road the last six weeks. The fitness center was well appointed and maintained. Best of all, it is dog friendly and you can’t even tell, if you get my drift.
This is always our go to stop when doing our big drive down to Orange County. The room is always huge, clean and we're able to bring our small pup. We're amazed every year at how big it is and how tall the ceiling is. The staff has always been friendly and helpful in suggesting good restaurants nearby. And it's just off the highway. We will be back next year for our 5th trip down south.
This hotel is beautiful, updated, and quiet. Staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms were very nice, large, and spacious. Bathroom and shower had lots of room. The breakfast that was served awesome!! Something for everyone. Highly recommend this hotel. Will For sure go back.
For the last 3 yeses during softball season We have been staying at this hotel in Medford. The hotel is always amazing to our group of families who stay here, never any issues. This last time was by far our best. I am usually pretty good about rounding all of our belongings up to go home and check out. This time I must have missed my daughter’s custom made blanket that holds a lot of sentimental value. The day we traveled back home (we live 3 hours south) I was unpacking and received a call from the hotel. The woman had let me know we had left a blanket in the room and it seemed like it was very important to someone. She was right!!! She wanted to make sure she had the right address to send the blanket, as she knew someone would be missing it. Thanks to the honest and caring housekeepers my daughter’s blanket is back safe at home! Thank you to the Holiday Inn team in Medford for being honest and so kind!! This hotel will always be our spot! I wish I knew the name of the person who cleaned our room.
